Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, usually within 2 business days. You should receive your order in 7-10 business days from when you placed your order. Call about overnight or 2nd day air or choose that option for shipping upon check out. After your credit card transaction is authorized, Helm Publishing's website does not store the credit card information and only the approval is saved. If you make an additional purchase, you will be asked to enter your credit card information again. This information is not used for any other purposes.
Refund, Exchange, and Complaints Policies
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Helm Publishing immediately at 940-497-3558. You will receive a full refund or exchange if the product is returned in perfect resale condition, or we are notified about an online test within 30 days. If it is 31-60 days after the date of purchase, you may exchange the product or receive a credit. No refunds are given for online tests that have been completed.
