About the Author

Eileen Stellefson Myers, MPH, RD, LDN, FADA, has nearly thirty years of experience in counseling and nutrition therapy for clients with eating disorders. Before starting her private practice, she was the Director of Community and Professional Education at The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), the Associate Director of the Weight Management Program, and the Nutrition Specialist with the Eating Disorders Program.
