Gary Paul Nabhan, PhD., is a writer, lecturer, food and farming advocate, rural lifeways folklorist, and conservationist. He is the founder and facilitator of the Renewing America’s Food Traditions initiative and Slow Food USA. He is currently a tenured professor at the University of Arizona.
Deborah Madison is an award-winning writer that focuses on food, farms, and culture. She is a board member on the Monte del Sol Charter School Foundation, the Seed Savers Exchange, and the Southwest Grassfed Livestock Association.
