About the Author
Karin Kratina, PhD,RD is dietitian, exercise physiologist, and has a doctorate in cognitive anthropology from the University of Florida, and she is in private practice with special emphasis in eating disorders. She is published and frequesntly quoted in professional journals and the popular press.
Nancy L. King, MS,RD,CDE is also a dietitian, exercise physiologist and diabetes educator with a private practice in the Los Angeles area since 1987.
Dayle Hayes, MS,RD is a popular speaker, author, and nutrition therapist from Billings, MT. She is CEO of Nutrition for Life, Inc.
