Why we chose this book

As health professionals learn more about functional medicine, inflammation, and autoimmunity, nutrition therapy and very healthful food become all the more important. Connections with gluten and food intolerances become possible solutions for some to reverse or control symptoms. Our reviewers felt this book's research from around the world met CDR's criteria for content. Changes in diet have made encouraging improvements in MS patients' lives.
