Harry Beckwith is one of my favorite authors. He has been a marketing strategist and consultant for over 30 years and he knows how to "read" human behavior. He has a wealth of stories to tell about business and people that you can turn around and use tomorrow. His writing style is friendly and the layout of his book is very readible.
